hm, what I was having trouble with touching google JS may have worked with security.csp.enable disabled. Now not sure if this is a coincidence or not.

mentioning this in case somebody is experiencing breakage possibly related to recaptcha or google analytics, it could easily be unrelated, but could also be that somebody somewhere™ decided to adopt a new something that clashes with CSP in other than the usual select few chosen one true browsers
