the bastards at Enlightenment just jacked up the difficulty to the max

on my Ryzen 7 5700U it takes about ~20 seconds

on this ol' Sandy Bridge... it takes FOREVER, and then some on SeaMonkey, but about ~15 seconds on FF128ESR
