some writers are swamped into work so they have no chance to write about this attack

others HATE Clownflare even more than us, so they consider the brickwall a good thing because those are websites that we should let rot (ignoring that it impacts sites people have no choice on using them)

but surprisingly Clownflare DID deployed a fix for FF115ESR

...that one is indeed surprising since the current ESR is 128, but maybe CF customers still serve a lot of Windows 7 users?

They don't want bad press and breaking a Firefox in service is bad press.

Breaking fringe browsers is noise for them.

why has this become so complicated and cryptic and not reliable..

all 33 developers with voting rights voted to schedule removal of compatibility with some of the most enduring and robust xml related classes no one has made a replacement for or are so overburdoned by a dependancy chain its basically a framework not a lib

the changes they have been doing have been chiefly centered around exploiting the stricter types and weird constructs or common newer constructs weirdly added all while busting libs left and right.. PHP since 8 seems to be geared to corperate framework development completely now..
