I have evolved my absolutist stance on that njsg .. XUL is more than the tangible technology.. because you can do the same general thing by other means .. I think conceptual XUL is just as important as tangible XUL.

Respecting the user enough to allow them to make their own decisions on how to use the technology and providing the tools to actually make use of it top to bottom.

WebExtensions (and jetpack) is the worst crime against XUL as a concept because it seperated end users and extension developers from the same stuff used to write the targetApplication its self

there is very little wrong with Windows 7 except it isn't tied to a million services and its telemetry is limited vs today

You do know as a xul application with 99% if that still intact that SeaMonkey isn't exactly setup by default to run web things in a chrome context.

also I don't exactly know what they have defined as Web3 but if you are looking to use post-pandemic web tech in seamonkey it is gonna be hit or miss and seamonkey's XUL still follows different rules than HTML.

There are isos floating around. I still use wsusoffline and a cmd script. For non enterprise customers no way to install them otherwise.
