if you point that out to them and criticize them for using cloudflare, they'll see that as "too negative"

at least a bit under two decades ago when they didn't follow up their guidelines, it was perhaps mostly by mistake and they responded to me pointing it out by fixing it, even if it IIRC took an additional round-trip for the problem to be understood
