aside from djames the documented racist who uses the n-word indescriminently Moonchild sure responded to this in a much fairer way than I expected. Now the question is a drama probe like moonchild thinks or someone who .. well really should have just come to irc cause it ain't like I ain't hard to find.

MattATobin
hell might be a drama performance.. cause I stupidly introduced the concept into the project who cares. but djames is still quite hostile while most have generally cooled down about me and in general.. so who knows. They can at worst steal my occasional tinkerings on common code.. it's cool.
-
MattATobin
Also for logsurfers.. unhooking my electronic baseball and going home is not the same as screwing over the infra.
-
MattATobin
don't I do enough outragious shit just being me.. why do people need to make shit up.. I have NEVER understood that.
-
MattATobin
end of rant
-
MattATobin
Good *checks time* Morning #SeaMonkey
-
MattATobin
besides.. "he screwed our infra by leaving" vs "moonchild tried to steal private and confidental data by trying to steal the whole system.. a system aside from dns had nothing to do with Pale Moon.

"
-
tomman
so, when is the Netflix series airing?
-
MattATobin
HAH
-
MattATobin
HEY I didn't turn it into a narrative with an evolving plotline and retcons
-
MattATobin
but i feel I should be compensated
-
MattATobin
so I actually did the math
-
MattATobin
on how much I spent.. vs how much I got from community and moonchild .. money wise..
-
MattATobin
Moonchild owes me 112 dollars basically
-
MattATobin
not counting labor
-
MattATobin
that's MY addition to the lore
-
MattATobin
tomman:
-
tomman
$112 would help greatly to my New Ryzen Laptop Fund™, right~
-
MattATobin
it would help me get basic supplies for the rest of the month
-
MattATobin
oh well
-
MattATobin
that is why it is particularlly funny that post was posted
-
MattATobin
to me anyway
-
MattATobin
on the practical get on with it side of the equasion.. If they are smart they will not continue using an old and insecure version of Tobin as their basis for reality. Directly calling me the Paradigm.. fuck sakes.
-
MattATobin
NO ONE wants anything labled "New Tobin Paradigm"
-
MattATobin
specifically
-
MattATobin
including me
-
frg_Away
forget the good times bad time daily reality soap and just do SeaMonkey :)
-
frg_Away
-
tomman
yay~!
-
tomman
next frontier: BigInteger?
-
frg_Away
tomman still need to readd optional chaning and new regexp to this branch. BigInt is around the corner too and maybe even private fileds. from 69a1
-
tomman
i'll take that, thanks~
-
tomman
so many sites these days are using BigInt for whatever silly math these days
-
tomman
for example, found a calculator for Seagate's Raw Error Read Rate attribute
-
tomman
...it requires Bigint

I now have the urge to find a FDIV-bugged Pentium!
-
MattATobin
seamonkey, retired binoc xul apps, m3 experimental platform, Linux in general. Wanna see something frightning.. The Tux representing my deconstruction and reconstruction back into a more unix-like environment for Fez Enterpising Linux..

It's the exact expression when people tell me I shouldn't do something with computers or that I can't
-
MattATobin
or it is impossible
-
MattATobin
frg_Away: dynamic imports will fix a lot of issues .. unfortently it will enable code with even more features
-
MattATobin
BUT you have done it anyway
-
MattATobin
which is great
-
MattATobin
That's TWO xul platforms with Dynamic Imports.. well two and a half
-
MattATobin
so what is wrong with the technology again?
-
frg_Away
I am now deep into 66a1 SpiderMonkey. Still amazed that it still works.
-
MattATobin
well you are past several milestones and the clang reformat
-
frg_Away
MattATobin I reformatted our js files using esr115. Can do it now every time I want. Made later patches apply very clean in most cases.
-
MattATobin
nice
-
frg_Away
time is money :)
-
MattATobin
but the kernel is free?
-
MattATobin
adding xpcom to the linux kernel.. what would go wrong
-
MattATobin
of course it would have to be the pre-cpp xpcom
-
MattATobin
which unlike js isn't a thing tho obviously it has a c-api
-
njsg
tomman: what's fun is I never checked if any of my 80586 (I have a couple) are FDIV-bug-enabled or not
-
tomman
njsg: unless if they're Socket 4, nope
-
tomman
I have a Socket 4 Pentium, but it's one of the fixed ones
-
jonadab
That got fixed pretty early on the adoption curve; relatively few of the things had been sold, compared to the sales numbers later.
-
jonadab
(The fact that the very early Pentiums didn't significantly outperform existing 486 DX2 systems, probably contributed to this.)
