  Hate is a strong word. I have consistently avoided ever using any distro that has systemd in it, because it's such an obviously bad idea. But because of that, it hasn't caused *me* any problems...

  Question about seamonkey in general... has anyone been able to sync it with Google Calendar?

  james1138 caldav should work in theory but not the google add-on. I only tried syncing with gmx a while ago.

  Humm... I tried - but when I click on the option of "new calendar" - Google is mssing from the options. I know Thunderbird version 97 and newer does auto-sync with Google Calendar.

  You usally need to add a caldav link. Nativ is not implemented. Needed an add-on which was never distributed and is currently broken.

  This was covered by the gdata add-on. I think it is either now integrated or superseded. Code is still in the 2.53 repo but needs updates.
