how I can unignore and review the ignore list?

tomman: you need to understand irc was a thing from way before anyone knew was an internet. Was made up by HAM radio operators to try to do what they did with there radios was no gui etc. was ham radio operators trying to also access the internet why it was called irc internet relay chat.
