  frg_Away: I solved the issue i was having i also think i have resolved some other issues as well in my setup that was causing some oddities beyond expected ones

  turns out just loose code assuming more strict conditions than exist NOW a days where the code has to be more strict vs the loosened conditions regarding loading and identifing msstyles
