I can under stand increment security updates. The current version number and add useless features game like machine translation bloating up the code is not my cup of tea and never will. Fork them all.

The website states that seamonkey is powered by the same technology behind thunderbird. Does that mean anything that thunderbird is capable of (like say something like microsoft exchange support) can be done with seamonkey?

exchange support is provided by a third party add-on. We didn't port the latest changes too and probably never will for some of the stuff so it depends.

the nvidia opensource driver is fucked.. wayland will only work properly if the drivers work properly and its own deps work properly

so propritary nvidia driver and xorg and ciminimum desktop on fedora for now

CaptainTobin yes. I use a RX470 in my linux server. I would lovbe to rip out AMD gfx because of poor Windows support but can't because of poor Nvidia support.

well I am gonna get involved in trying to at least make it known in simple plain tobinist language what the damned issues are and what the focus should be.. if they choose to ignore that then I guess we all fucked but don't even consider thinking microsoft will at the last minute save us all cause they won't
