tomman bug 1388317 and bug 1083458 are on my short list and might break old extensions. I disabled the E4X for each today to check via Bug 1083470. and then later Bug 1388317. With these two in should become more or less stable again. Most of the really obsolete syntax is out then. There are still legacy setters/getters and some shorthand function systax which I hope I/we can keep.

after I finish coding up my two php software stuffs well the two main ones I plan to modify the source and generic-ize it for anyone to use and then re-customize it for my needs.. Basically, I want to give everyone the tools to create a project at LEAST as successful as UXP ones had been. Would any of it be useful? The two things are post, docs, page git controlled content and the other has the everything for xul (or non-xul)

projects.. including add-ons site functionality etc..

I was planning to primarily parse markdown but also and of course it would be capable of the crappy phoebusCode and the not-html seleneCode bbcode-like crap I created before.. plus regular html content or smarty enhanced content.

if my 2017 era phoebus code can run as inefficiently as it did at PM scale then my much more efficient currentday php should be just fine for yours and my scales

are there any specific features you rely on website wise that might make you consider it or just would just be something I haven't thought of yet because I haven't been running a xul project for 15 years

We are short on doc and add-ons but as usual even shorter on people actually doing it. So don't think any immediate need.
