  therube known issue but you can go back. We tried but probably non fixable. Updates are halted for these versions. Release Notes update forthcoming.

  Are the build tools sufficient for the mozilla build system or does it explicitly require something only full visual studio has?

  CaptainTobin: the tolls are sufficient, but helps if you have the redist directory from Visual Studio so as to make something that is backwards compatible to older versions of windows
