suddenly, something happened. clicked a tab in SeaMonkey & got a "busy" ?!

checked CPU & SeaMonkey was using next to nothing.

BUT... FF, i've got a single process eating 15.5 GB (& RISING). (think i'm going to have to kill it, heh.)

well, that was pretty neat. when i was able to get the particular FF page to display, FF said it was "slowing things down" (go figure), with a Stop option. & it worked (basically). RAM usage is still there, but CPU is (basically) not, so now not affecting other system operations

killing that tab simply reported that it "crashed", but did not generate an actual crash report (for the tab)

restore the tab & she's on her way up, again.
