Status of the SeaMonkey Infrastructure

crash submission now works thanks to ewong. Display is still not working for most stuff but improving.

I plan to update the builder to Vs2019 11.9 and mozbuild 3.4 for 2.533.11b1.

16.11.9 has some compiler fixes. Not sure if the few crash problmes with 2.53.10.2 might caused by this but don't think so.

2.53.11b1 is a bit deplayed. I just finished merging l10n back to our tree. I think building will start very soon.

Extensions Tracking

region.properties in central was removed. If we catch up we need to fix this. Fix for it is braindead and TB only. Sorry to say but that is how I see it.

Might take out the legacy generators for 2.53.12b1. Just didn't want to for the current release.

So this might affect extensions but as stated last time I think it is already broken.

AllI have I already said plan to try to get irc logging on my webserver with a valid certificate so it can use https

everyting else I was doing is more or less done so I can concentrate on that.

I have found it hard to get time to do oirc logging even though I am retired and have no real job.

This is why I made sure my latest buiilds are on archive.mozilla.org and ftp.mozilla.org in case I have to take my server down to reconfigure my file system on hard drives to get the logging working.

The current 2.53.12b1 pre is basically the 2.53.11b1 with a few unimportant wip patches in so you can already test if you want. Installing the real 2.53.11b1 over todays build is possible.

and the posted langpaks are what is planned to be 2.53.b1 thanks to frg's efforts

If you find missing translations it is because they are not in central. so feel free to help out with l10n on pontoon.

hello. is there any way to get SeaMonkey Mail to allow me to inspect an SSL certificate when i'm connecting a mail server and the certificate is good? when it's bad, there's a popup allowing it to be viewed, but obviously the default behaviour when it's good is to just go ahead with mail collection.

jez9999 don't think there is an obvious menu point for it. secure icon in the statusbar is not shown for mail.

check if there is a bug already open for it
