  SeaMonkey downloaded the update, asked me to restart, and then... it hung

  had to SIGTERM the process, then on next start it came up as normal

  (tried to run another instance while it was hung - it unpacked the update, then gave me the predictable "you're already running another instance, use your taskmanager" error)
