This project needs someone who can monitor various third party sources for user comments, bug reports, change proposals etc. Such a person could organize this information, write proper bug reports and translate proposals in a form of properly formatted patches.

It does not require specific knowledge and programming skills, so anyone who has a time can do this.

But, unfortunately, it is unlikely that someone (not being a job seeker or a senior student) will find the proper motivation for this. :(

If the only recipient ia a list, Send-buttons will stay greyed and also File -> Send entries are inactive. 🐛 Bug or Feature?

Adding a CC with real email address heals the problem and I can send. Tried with send later, it seems that all addresses from the list have been added

therube: no, only mentioned snapshot. But I will try latest one before I will submit a Bug report. Looks a little similar to bugzilla.mozilla.org/1681913 - but all list names I tried are affected
