on the same tutorial or documentation, they should have mentioned on how to verify the installation

you have to create new virtual environment, each python project

as a beginner, you can avoid creating virtual env

it is not required for beginner projects

we need it when we have to work with multiple versions of same python packages

which you wont need as a beginner

avoid all the venv steps and just install any package directly with pip and proceed
