yes Shrini.. i am kind of stuck at a point where i am not sure how to feed the text to pdf a) write to a text and then convert it to a pdf or b) write sequentially to a pdf file

Text to PDF conversion won't have bold, italic, heading etc

ok Shrini. but if i write sequentially the format should be decided dynamically correct. Like the company name should be center aligned and the item description should be left and something like that

i feel more confident now.. i use to feel and look more sluggish a year back.. but this routine helped me regain that confidence.. you are very true!!

i didnt lose any weight but the overall ability to do things(even normal things like lifting things, cleaning up etc) has drastically increased
