In localStorage everything is stored like key-value pair like dictionary. in the addressbook - as we discussed if i am taking some key value as id and the data as value.

For ex. localStorage.set(1, "name, emailid, contactno") instead localStorage.set("someName","emailid, contactno)

but the search option is based on the key - searched innet, could not find any search based on the values right side.

so here i have the option to store like name as the key and rest data as value. so that i can make search based on the name.

when name duplicates, let me add name1, name2, etc. For ex. set("shrini1","11237878,shrini⊙kc,kanchi" -- for 2nd user with name shrini let me add like set("shrini2","768569867,name⊙mc,tirunelveli")

So now when i make a search on key value similar to that - i may get the data --- i have to explore it.

or if u know any best option in localStorage please advise.

hi shrini its a very silly doubt but i want to make sure that i'm absolutely right before publishing it

there are some directories which restrict acess even if you are a sudoer

for eg: cd /root gives you permission denied

is there a way to use sudo to somehow get in without becoming root to do it

But if i turnoff legacy support it won't boot

I don't know why its happening

From the beginning i tried gpt partitionied disk to boot from uefi mode only but without legacy support it won't boot

Enabling Legacy support means the bios is not using UEFI, it is still in MBR

But my disk is gpt

Ther is no mbr partition

EFI system partition is the first one

And currently i have boot into Windows which shows me boot mode as UEFI

Windows says that just create bootable usb stick only. There is no steps available from official documentation.

When we search about tools for create there rufus, ventoy, etcher comes in action

After repairing the EFI partition now i tried turnoff the legacy support it works now i booted successfully into Windows

When i have connected my old hard drive it is mbr disk so i think i have enabled that for booting the old hard drive from the installation i have not ran single hard drive so that may cause the booting problem without legacy before

hariharan: always follow official documentation, if it doesn't work, then you look for alternative ways. there is a reason those people write documentation for us.

That is bare ubuntu done system update installed some packages like lightdm mysql server and other some other software installed

No this is fresh installation i have created partion for / ,/home /swap
