we should download these PDF and upload to wikimedia commons

so that wikisource contributors can do OCR, proofread at wikisource

tamildigitallibrary.in has more than 30k books

we have to download all upload to archive.org too

we have few thousands books synced to archive.org few years back manually

but with this automation, we can keep both the sites in sync easily
