Sakthivel: encouragements apart, how confident are you with your current skills? you said you know HTML,CSS, SQL and Python, may be try to start writing small programs to get confidence in these things first

Sure, I will do.

Sakthivel: something like centering a jpeg picture in a html page with 20% white space on all side, irrespective of the viewport size.

Sakthivel: means, If I change the browser resolution, the white space percentage should not deviate.

Sakthivel: If you can achieve this first, then you are pretty good at HTML and CSS

once it is done, then add the web layer
